Basic Operating Policies, Terms and Conditions.

Withers & Withers is a partnership that develops, manufactures and sells a line of products for the Equestrian market. We are a principle-driven company, committed to a broad spectrum of organic, health oriented and fairtrade ideals, resulting in beneficial effects from origin to goal. Specifically our initial line consists of raw sugar, milled flax seed and 5 different herbal horse and pony treats plus an insulin resistant recipe. We share transparency about our choices and welcome interaction with our customers.

Ordering: We are accessible on line through an e-commerce website, but much of our business is conducted with purchase agents or retailers at trade shows. We also accept telephone or fax orders. We can provide delivery pricing information, and currently orders will be shipped FOB Sullivan, MO. unless other arrangements are made. Anticipated delivery time is 7 –10 days depending on volume.

Pricing: Suggested retail prices are those established on our website. In a rapidly changing world economy we will do our utmost to maintain price stability, but reserve the right to alter prices as a reflection of cost variables. All recommended retail prices for seasonal gift packages and other ‘special’ offers are similarly benchmarked at the website products page.

Minimum Orders: There is no minimum although it is assumed that packing and postage will dictate reasonable customer choices.

Returns / Customer Satisfaction: All questions or complaints will be addressed personally and directly. The customer is responsible for a degree of attention to shipment arrivals and should note any visible damage or peculiarities in packaging, drawing attention, where possible, to the delivery agent. Under such circumstances the packing slip should be preserved and used for documentation purposes. Every effort will be made to resolve problems, and damaged goods will be replaced where the culpability or liability is clearly ours.

Shipment errors will be dealt with in similar fashion. For wholesale shipping where the customer arranges carrier, then liability is released at departure from our loading dock. We pledge to uphold our reputation in the marketplace and maintain it with distinction.

Payment Types: All transactions must be in (or converted to) USD. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Credit cards will be processed on day of shipment. After three satisfactory order cycles we will extend credit terms at net 30 days, following a satisfactory credit review.
